I provide professional space transformation, organizing, and consulting services. This can include sorting, decluttering, packing, staging items for removal, and advising on how to best utilize and transform your space.

My pricing depends on how involved you want to be in the project:Hourly rate: If you want or need to be present while we sort through and organize your space together, I charge an hourly rate of $50/hour.Flat project fee: If you’re comfortable with me sorting items and organizing your space without you present (using your guidelines), I charge a flat fee to complete the project. In both cases, payment is due when the project or hourly session is complete.

I visit your space, listen to your goals and challenges, and assess what’s needed to transform it. We’ll talk through priorities, timeline, and budget so you know what to expect before we start the project.

No. You always have full control over your belongings. I will guide and make recommendations, but you make all final decisions about what to keep, donate, sell, or discard. If you’re not present, I’ll follow the instructions and guidelines you’ve given me in advance.

Yes! I can assemble freestanding storage and organizing systems, such as shelving units and cabinets, that do not require permanent installation to function. I can also install manufacturer-provided anti-tip hardware on freestanding fixtures for safety.I do not install systems that require permanent mounting to walls or floors to function. I’m happy to recommend trusted local professionals and coordinate with them on your behalf. You will hire and pay third-party providers directly; their fees are not included in Curated Cleanouts NWA service pricing.

I’m happy to recommend specific products, help you sort and stage items for removal, and handle all the drop-off or pickup logistics for you. I don't personally purchase products or transport items off-site. Any organizing supplies or third-party hauling fees will be paid by you directly and are not included in the pricing for Curated Cleanouts NWA's services.

You may put away any known valuables such as cash, jewelry, firearms, important documents, or collectibles that you prefer to keep secure before services begin. If I discover any potentially valuable, hazardous, sensitive, or sentimental items while working they will be safely set aside and brought to your attention.

I handle your items with care, but I’m not responsible for pre‑existing damage, hidden defects, or lost or missing items beyond my reasonable control. If I notice damage or issues while we work, I’ll let you know.
